Fun Facts: He was drawn by Mr. Messy, and came to life soon after. When he was drawn, he did not have a fanny pack, and he did not have Mr. Pencil with him. Mr. Doodle drew both the fanny pack (which Mr. Pencil lives in) and Mr. Pencil. He is somewhat based on DoodleBob from the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Frankendoodle" (although Mr. Doodle talks normally, while DoodleBob mainly talks in gibberish).
